The Red Brick Tudor Croft

Next to the Viking / Saxon  village at Murton Park, near York, the Tudor Croft courses offer school pupils the chance to try out life in Tudor times for themselves.

The children learn a variety of period crafts such as candle dipping, calligraphy and making pomanders in a wonderfully atmospheric reconstruction of a small Tudor farmhouse

Based around the requirements of the national curriculum Tudor half days offer a memorable educational experience for children studying this period.

In school Tudor days and talks given by interpreters from Murton Park are also available for teachers in the North of England.

For booking information contact Sue at Murton Park   enquiries@murtonpark.co.uk
